That's all very nice, but can he play safety?

He wants to play QB, period. Why would he come here and do what he quit the Rams because he didn't want to do?

Sec 11, the problem with Crouch is that he is so selfish he won't switch for the team...when it is apparent he is not considered an NFL QB by anyone. How bad does he want to play football? Or does he just want to play on his own terms?

Crouch wasn't going to cut it as a receiver, and he knew it. He wasn't healthy and he wasn't picking it up as fast as he needed to.

Hell, at least he gave his signing bonus back.

He's healthy. He'd be the best special teams player on our team. Mike Martz is nuts, but he's not that nuts.

I'd bring him in for Training Camp and let him duke it out with McCown and Parsons for the #2 or #3 spot. What harm could it cause? Maybe the guy has some skill. You'll never know unless you try. If he doesn't pan out, cut his butt. Nothing to lose, everything to gain.
