The Atlanta Falcons, looking for another franchise quarterback to replace Michael Vick, have picked Boston College quarterback Matt Ryan in the NFL. Ryan went third overall. Vick, the former No. 1 overall pick, is serving a prison sentence for dogfighting charges.
