Good! Now sit him out of the 1st preseason game. No need to put him in there.

Hmmm. Makes me reassess how I perceive him yet again. My cynicism grows.

Why? Was your previous assessment that he was injury prone and now you're not so sure?

He's had knee problems in the past. The man's knees are his livelihood. He deserves the chance to be cautious--especially in the preseason.

The fans' change in attitude towards boldin is ridiculous, IMO. Boldin has earned the benefit of the doubt. One comment does not make the man.

The fans' change in attitude towards boldin is rediculous, IMO. Boldin has earned the benefit of the doubt. One comment does not make the man.

This thread has inspired me to get a "Q" tattooed on Pariah's chest.

I guess that this would make more sense if it were his knee, and not his hamstring, that was under examination.

A hamstring is super improtant, especially for a wideout. If you go into the season with a tight one, then you are pretty much guarenteed to miss some time, or never really reach 100% for the season. I am more than happy that Q was cautious now and didn't try to tough it out. I could care less if he were to miss the entire preseason. We aren't talking about someone here who is still acclimating to the pro game.

His cynicism grows because it is yet another Drew client that is sitting out of camp because of a so called nagging injury. Skorp cynicism grew because it was proven to be just a nagging injury.

It wouldnt be the first time a Drew client sat out with a so called nagging injury (meaning fake) as part of a negotiation tactic.

Dont want to put words in Skorps mouth but that seems to be what he is talking about.

I would tend to agree if I didnt see the work Q is doing on the sidelines. He may not be running routes and stuff. But believe me when I say he is working his azz off on the sidelines. They work harder and do more tedious stuff than the guys that are healthy IMO.

I know, they have a video of it on the cards website on how the assitant trainer puts those guys through the wringer. But there is a a difference in working out on the sidelines and putting work in with your teammates in drills. We all know which the Coaches would prefer the player take part in. Its just a way of seperating yourself from the team while still showing that you are working out.

True. But if there is any player that can step rigth in and be himself it is likely Q. I hope this isnt a negotiating ploy. For now I will give him the benefit of the doubt. Especially after hearing that when the injury occured it was Whis who pulled him off teh field and not Q himself.

If Drew wasnt his agent I would probably give him the benefit of the doubt as well. Just being associated with that guy makes people look bad and thats sad but true, because it some cases its just perception.

I know what he was talking about. I was poking fun at it.

We're not talking about a guy that's been a primadonna during his career. We're talking about the guy who walked on water around here up until a week or so ago.

My point is that I think he deserves the benefit of the doubt.

(I also thin we ought to trade him ASAP).

I can see Boldin getting traded to the Eagles after the season for one of their two first rounders. My guess is the Cards will see enough of young Early Doucet this year to let him replace Boldin.

Thank you, joe. That's it. I do not want to believe anything negative about Q. Mounting coincidences are tough to ignore. Too many spoiled, jealous stars, particularly WRs, seem ...

Suffice it to say, my football fan virus checker is being updated. No new quarantines yet.

That begs the question. Why are all of the WR's primadonnas. When did that happen and why?
