Sunday morning's scheduled start for Indianapolis 500 qualifying has been delayed after another car hit a wall and flipped over. It's the third time this week that has happened and the latest prompted a closed-door meeting between IndyCar Series officials and team owners from the Chevrolet-powered teams as track workers tried to fix the damaged catch-fence Ed Carpenter hit in the second turn during practice. Speedway president Doug Boles said over the public address system that he believes drivers will be given some laps to test the cars before qualifying begins. Carpenter spun into the wall and the car flipped over and skidded down the track on its side as sparks flew before coming to a stop.
