Question anyone with a Panasonic EH55 dvd recorder

I just purchased one and I really like it so far. A question I have is after saving a show on the hard drive, can you delete the commercials without doing it manually?

Nope, I don't have that player, but I am pretty sure that there is not a recorder on the market that can do that at this time.
