Get a long, hollow, cylindrical piece of metal about 3-4 inches in diameter and plant it in the ground. You can also fly a flag from the top of it.



(kidding) If you are asking how to make a poll there is a checkbox under the post text when you post a new thread that asks you if you would like to make a poll. Once it is checked the software will walk you thru it.
