MEXICO CITY – Rafa Garcia met the media Saturday after his win over Vinc Pichel at UFC on ESPN 64.

Garcia (17-4 MMA, 5-4 UFC) got above .500 in his UFC career with a unanimous decision win over another solid name in Vinc Pichel (14-5 MMA, 7-5 UFC), and he did it in front of his home fans in Mexico for the first time in the UFC.

"It's a lot of pressure to fight in front of all these fans – these are my people, my territory, so I wanted to go out there and put on a show for all of them," Garcia told MMA Junkie after his win at Arena CDMX in Mexico City. "These tickets aren't cheap, so I've got to go out there and make that sacrifice worth it."

Garcia won for the third time in four fights, and wins over names like Pichel and Clay Guida have him turning some heads at lightweight.
