The Oakland Raiders began their quest to bring in undrafted free agents on Saturday night, inking two Penn State Nittany Lions. With pick No. 256, or Mr. Irrelevant, the 2018 NFL Draft came to a close. For the Oakland Raiders, their final pick was made at No. 228, when they brought in Marcell Ateman from Oklahoma State. Shortly after the draft ended, the Raiders brought in another wide receiver, signing Saeed Blacknall from Penn State as an undrafted free agent. In addition to Blacknall, the Raiders also signed Penn State linebacker Jason Cabinda, who is a talented guy who can play in the middle of the defense.
