It was Year 2 for Carr in head coach Jon Gruden's system and questions about their long-term viability together constantly linger. General manager Mike Mayock, though, was pleased with Carr's play during the 7-9 season. "As far as Derek is concerned, look, it, Jon demands a lot from his quarterbacks," Mayock told Raiders.com.
