Rajon Rondo breaks right hand in Lakers win over Trail Blazers

Los Angeles Lakers head coach Luke Walton told reporters that point guard Rajon Rondo suffered a broken hand during Wednesday’s 126-117 win over the Portland Trail Blazers. Rondo has served as the primary backup at point guard after starting at the beginning of the season before serving a three-game suspension for an altercation with Houston Rockets point guard Chris Paul. Rajon Rondo figures to be out for an extended period of time.
