Read similar on another post but coudn't find it to add...

Just watched the first half of the Cowboy/Ram game.

I expected to see a Ram slaughter but let me say this:

At the half it was Boys 14-7.

Bulger couldn't throw it into the ocean.

Wilkins missed a chip shot.

The Ram D was not allowing the run game to get off.

A penalty on a punt downed inside the 5 and two scrambles by Romo (one of which was the fumble he was lucky to even get)...or the Rams go into halftime with the lead.

And all that was on the road to an undefeated top 3 team.

Maybe Dallas took them lightly but if don't take them seriously...we might go into halftime behind and allow the Rams (and crowd) too much motivation/momentum in the 2nd half to overcome.

I read the 4 game articles for the Rams at their web site and in each one they have held up well in the first half, the defense has played well and caused some turnovers, they had leads going into the second half of 2 games. The defense wore down in the second half and the offense gave up turnovers.

This will not be an easy win for the Cardinals, they will have to earn it.

The Rams have been outscored 76-6 in the 2nd half. Any sign of adversity and they crumble.

If this were teh Denny Green or McGinnis cards, i would say the Rams had a shot to win. There is no way the 2007 Cards go to St. Louis and get beat. No way. This will be a blow out. My prediction is Cards 41 Rams 0. The Cards will grab the jugular early and won't let up.

It's amazing how quickly (4 games) we think we have turned from the wuss of the block to the bully.

I hope your right.

What??? Are you serious??? Do you hear what you're saying? Are you a Cards fan or a lambs fan?? There is no such think at momentum for the lambs in that pathetic dome, it's the quietest place on earth. If it wasn't for opposing fans, it would sound like a freaking library in there! The lambs are pathetic and I dont believe the Whiz would let us take anybody lightly, especially a divisional game! We win this game 31-3! GO BIG RED!!!

Julius Jones is a mediocre runner.

The Rams suck at everything.

This should be a blowout. It all depends on Leinart.

all the Rams

need is one thing bad to happen to start tripping over themselves. In all fairness, they are pretty beat up but when I watched them...they really don't care when things go wrong and they crumble...kind of like the Cardinals under McGinnis :( But I will say this, they have some players like Bruce with pride who will fight to the bitter end.

I don't care if they are beat up, nobody care's when the Cardinals are beat up.

Its our turn to turn the favor. Injuries are not an excuse.

Hey ArizonaElvis, I feel what your saying and I think the Cardinals will crush them but maybe not by 31 or 40 points...A Whis team seems to beat the hell out of your physically and a lot of it won't show on the scoreboard. But make no doubt about it, TheCardFan is about as diehard a Cardinal as you can get and like myself we have been fans for a while. All he is saying that it would be nice of the Cards by providing future proof that we are a potential playoff team by trouncing a beaten up divison rival but we have lived a horrid history as Cardinal fans and its hard for us to start jumpin' on a team when we still have a lot to show for in a 16 game season. Keep the passion, just forgive us who have been passionate in hell for a long time.

who's making excuses? If anything, people are irrationally (yet completely rationally considering our history of making scrubs look like all-pros) worried BECAUSE of they have some many injuries.

Cards 41 Rams 0

When will we ever learn?

Mistakes:

1) Not continuing to run the ball on the first drive...Leinart throws INT.

2) After Warner moves the team effectively, they bring Leinart back with a few minutes left in the half (perfect 2 minute offense time).

3) After Leinart gets hurt...they bring in Kurt but not in the no huddle. He take too many hits and will not last the second half that way.

Whis is making some nice decisions and some...well, not so much.

The defense better come out fired up and ready to dictate the game.

Warner should be allowed to run no huddle the 2nd half. Spread them out...run Edge, dink and dunk, wait for a shot downfield.

NO EXCUSES TO LOSE THIS GAME!

No huddle is not 2 min offense... Whiz mentioned Matt still runs the 2 min.
