The Los Angeles Rams let Troy Reeder explore the free-agent market this offseason but he won't be going anywhere. The team announced on Thursday that it has agreed to a one-year deal with Reeder, keeping him in L.A. for another season.

Reeder spent the last two years with the Rams after a brief stint with the Chargers in 2022. He started his career with the Rams in 2019 and played three seasons with the team before departing in free agency.

Last season, he played six games with the Rams and made 46 tackles, one of which was for a loss. He also broke up one pass. Reeder landed on injured reserve in Week 8 due to a hamstring injury and didn’t play another game, remaining on IR for the rest of the season.

Reeder will compete for snaps alongside Nate Landman and Omar Speights, who are projected to be the top two linebackers on the depth chart as of now. He could also contribute on special teams.
