I don't want the team going into the Rams game next week thinking they can just walk over them. I hope BA still keeps on them and makes sure they don't lose focus.

to be honest, I wanted to see us come out and PUMMEL the Niners today.

all I want next week is a W and to come out healthy. We do that and are 4-0, we've done everything we need to do and more in the first quarter of the season.

Rams D could give us fits. We have to be ready. Can't continue to let CP take the hits he did today

After they destroyed Palmer last year (before his injury) and after hurting Big Ben today, I don't think we will take them lightly. I'm concerned about Massie though. I know BA said it was opponent crowd noise, but whatever.

I think their D is dirty btw.

yeah... it's tough to nitpick after a 40 point W, but Massie didn't look good.

I don't think that is going to be a problem as long as BA is at the helm. Also, after watching his comments after the game last year I think he will happily put a 40 burger on them if he gets the chance. I think we try to hit them hard and fast and keep the pedal to the metal. for 60 minutes.

The Rams are a very good physical team. And they tend to send QB's home injured.

The Rams defender did get his right hand on Carson's right shoulder enough to pull Carson off balance . It was a freak thing that losing balance took Carson's knee out .

Exactly...not what I would call a QB killer hit.

We worry about having our hands full with the Rams defense...um...I think the Rams have a little bit to be worried about.

Do you guys honestly for one second think that Arians and the leadership on this team is going to allow anyone to take a Division game at home lightly?

Not happening. If we lose to the Rams it will because they have a tough, ferocious defense that is very difficult to score on, not because of our lack of juice.

Donald is a beast. Have not yet seen an Oline that can contain him.

He's amazing although Seattle and Pitt's OL are in shambles. Didn't watch the STL/Skins game. Just get the ball out quick and there shouldn't be much problem beating the Rams.

Rams D will be bringing it this Sunday.

I'm sure they are watching tape of this game and seeing how many times CP was hit and they are licking their chops.

Oline better protect CP and we might want to keep a back in to block or chip

I love BAs attitude ,he's not gonna let any of those guys think they're special or have done anything. His mindset is full throttle never let up, as long as the team believes that and not their press clippings we should keep rolling
That being said, the Rams always play us tough and this will be a hard game , we need to keep Carson upright more

The Rams defense is for real. Won't be nearly as easy next week I don't think the 49ers knew what hit them and they seemed more interested in big hits than actually stopping us.

You might want to check your concern about Massie, (at least so far as crowd noise is concerned). That remark was not made concerning Massie's play, but for the three very early plays where Veldheer was penalized for 20 yards total.
BA said that crowd noise was the cause of that fiasco, and they stopped it by going to silent count until the Cardinals play took the 'Niners' crowd out of the game with two quick interceptions.

I don't think this team would take it lightly. I am sure they still have the 9-1 start last season fresh in their memory and the outcome of that. Ultimately we would have won the division had we split with Seattle. You can't lose your division games, more importantly you can't lose your divisional home games. No doubt the team knows this.

Not going to happen but I don't want Palmer to play against the Rams. They are notorious for hurting (especially ours) players. Hopefully we can avoid anyone getting hurt and pull out a win. The Rams have yet to show they can win on the road and it won't be any easier playing at U of P Stadium.

Arians is old school and he's been around so long that he can smell a trap game a mile away and this is a trap game.

Having said that he's got to know what you do in situations like this you tell the team it's a flat out trap game and that if they don't keep the pedal to the metal they can get beat anytime.

The guys respect him and will listen and they'll do it without losing one shred of confidence.

The guy can flat out coach.
