Rams QB Bradford ruled out vs. Cowboys (AP)

The St. Louis Rams have ruled out quarterback Sam Bradford for this week's game at Dallas. Bradford has a high left ankle sprain and did not practice all week. He had been listed as questionable before Saturday, when the winless Rams also signed quarterback Tom Brandstater from the practice squad. The Rams also waived wide receiver Nick Miller.
