The Texas Rangers say slugger Prince Fielder is ''full speed ahead'' for spring training after neck surgery last summer. General manager Jon Daniels said Fielder got ''a green light'' during an examination Monday with Dr. Drew Dossett, who performed the cervical fusion of two disks in Fielder's neck. Fielder was limited to 42 games in his debut season with the Rangers.
