I read somewhere where there was a rumor that they were painting all of the seats at Chase brick red or whatever. Is that true or are they still the same forest green color? I hope they are still green, I think it will look tacky with red but maybe it will look ok.

If the panels are open today, I can take a look from my office.

How are you gonna paint plastic red? That will look tacky.. They would have to change out every seat if they want them red I think...

I was at Chase two or three days ago, the seats are green :D I was trying to find a new black hat for my step Dad- but they didn't have it in the right size for his giant head.

I doubt they'll paint the seats, that would be very costly and probably look like crap anyway. The green is nice and understated. There are a fair amount of cosmetic changes inside though, red logos and the like.

I live in downtown, if anyone really wants to see what it looks like inside, I may be able to snap a few pictures at lunch time- though I don't know if that would get me yelled at or not.

Why would you get yelled at for that? If they let you in and able to see the field/seats, surley they dont care if you take pics..

I'd like to see some pics if you are able to get them. Don't go out of your way or risk getting in trouble or anything though.

Here is the quote the guy at the forum where I saw this at said:
"they are painting the seats sedona red if thats a change"

They were talking about how the stadium sucks, which I don't see how they come up with that in the first place and not only does it not suck I think it's a top 10 stadium in the MLB.

Glad to see that it looks like that guy was full of it and the seats are staying green. I personally love the green and I think it looks good. We now have a similar color scheme as the Astros and they have green seats so I think it will look ok. Red would look stupid I think.
