A dwindling crowd at Citizens Bank Park watched as the Cincinnati Reds and Philadelphia Phillies played in the 19th inning early Thursday tied at 4 in the longest major league game of the season. It was past 1 a.m. when Phillies infielder Wilson Valdez took over to pitch the 19th.
