A person familiar with the negotiations tells The Associated Press that Cuban pitcher Aroldis Chapman has agreed to a deal with the Cincinnati Reds. The person spoke Sunday on condition of anonymity because the contract hadn't been finalized. Yahoo! Sports was the first to report the agreement.
