Washington spent 12 hours interviewing Fassel and he is clearly their leading coaching candidate. They flew in Green for an interview (San Francisco) this afternoon that will last through Saturday. Clearly, Snyder will get one of the two as his coach. The Redskins are proactive, aggressive, and pay the dough.

They will pay the dough -- but the fact that Synder is already on this third head coaching search in the all of six years he has owned the Redskins has to put potential head coaches on notice.
Fassel's agent has already stated that money is not the only factor, by any means in making his decision.
I'm not worried about Snyder buying him at all.
