Honestly, I would rather see the Cards find a young group of kids like this, change a song for them. . . and then listen to those two in the Halftime show then the idiocy that goes on now.

I'm retired...yet I substitute teach on occasion.

Today we were outside and a fellow PE teacher had his steeler jacket on and I had my Cardinal sweatshirt.....a little 2nd grader.....yes I said second grader came up to us and said...."My dad says the Steelers suck and that Larry Fitzgerald is the best wide receiver in pro football."

Nuff said.

I live in the DC region. Just prior to our game against the Redskins this season, I chaperoned my son's kindergarten field trip. On the bus ride to the park, I got all the kids doing the Steeler chant, and that silly Here We Go song. I got alot of mean looks at the next PTA meeting.

A couple of weeks later, my son asked me "Dad, the Steelers are a good team, right?"
"Yes, Luke."
"The Patriots and Ravens are bad guys, right?"
"Yep."
"What about the Redskins? Are they good or bad?"
"They're neither, buddy. They're irrelevant."
The next time I volunteered at their class, a boy asked me "Mr. XXXYTDY, what does irrelevant mean?"
