Gotta hand it to his lawyers, they got the thing delayed until August 1 now by filing for arbitration. Apparently his parents signed an agreement with one of the agents in 2007 that had a clause in that says any legal actions between any member of Bush' family and either agent, would be settled in arbitration not open court. So even though the other agent(Leonard Lake) is the one suing Bush, he's apparently bound by that agreement as long as the judge upholds it.

The obvious reason for that arbitration is that Bush knows in open court he either has to tell the truth and admit to NCAA violations, or commit perjury. In arbitration the results are confidential so Bush can admit to violations without the NCAA having access to what he admits to.

Gotta wonder what Kim Kardashian thinks about all this.

Is that part of their own version of how the law works. They really seem to live in their own universe.

Yeah I'm actually amazed it's legal and I guess that's to be determined. Lake never signed the agreement but what they're saying is that a legal partnership had been formed between Lake and Michaels so if Michaels signed it, that makes it legal for both partners. The irony there as pointed out over the weekend is that Bush has been denying all along there was ever any actual agreements or anything to violate, he's being sued for breach of contract they paid him money they want back. For him to claim Lake and michaels had a partnership, he has to go back on earlier claims.

The Bush's haven't figured out that lying requires more lies and they become very difficult to keep up with.
