Remi Barry to New Mexico State

So says Zags blog. Says Barry chose NMSU because they will accept non qualifiers and he's still not qualified. AAU coach confirmed it and said they don't really know what he has to do to qualify yet because the NCAA is still looking into his transcripts and deciding what to do with him.

Barry had UCLA, St. Johns and ASU on his list but none of them can take non qualifiers.

Not sure if he did, he wasn't listing them at all so it's sort of unusual.

Apparently a lot of the schools who were looking at Barry are now looking at DeAndre Daniels who decommitted from Texas and if he qualifies is a 2010 recruit. Many think he winds up at prepschool but if he surprises and qualifies apparently there are several Pac 10 schools looking at him.
