New England Patriots quarterback Tom Brady had surgery on his left knee a month after a season-ending injury, according to a published report. The Boston Globe reported Wednesday that the surgery was performed Monday in Los Angeles. Asked if he had talked to Brady since the surgery, Brady's replacement, Matt Cassel, said Wednesday that he put in a phone call.
