We are officially one week away from the NFL Draft, and Dallas Goedert remains on the Eagles' roster.

Rumors have swirled around Goedert's availability throughout the offseason, with Philadelphia reportedly fielding offers for the 30-year-old tight end. According to Jordan Schultz of Fox Sports, the Eagles are willing to accept future draft capital to help facilitate a trade.

Goedert is entering the final season of a four-year, $57million contract with no guaranteed money due and a $11.7 million cap number. Given Goedert's injury history (15 games missed in the last three seasons), the Eagles may be reluctant to hand him a new deal with long-term commitment.

GM Howie Roseman told reporters Tuesday that Goedert's uncertainty won't affect the Eagles' upcoming draft plans.

"The way we look at the draft is it's a separate entity to anything else that's going on," Roseman said. "We've got to make good decisions in the draft based on who the players are that are available in the draft. We can't make up any positions and make them better than they're not. We have to really have a true process. So, it really doesn't affect us."

With no succession plan, Philadelphia signed tight ends Harrison Bryant and Kylen Granson in free agency to prepare for Goedert's departure. Grant Calcaterra also filled in nicely when called upon in 2024.

Goedert was limited to ten regular-season games last season due to a knee injury but delivered in the playoffs, catching 17 passes for 215 yards and a touchdown. His 52 postseason receptions are the most in franchise history.
