The Indianapolis Colts are reportedly hosting Michigan offensive lineman Myles Hinton, according to Destin Adams of AtoZ Sports.
Myles Hinton is the son of former Colts' All-Pro and Ring of Honor member Chris Hinton.
Hinton has both size and length. He's listed at 6-7, weighs 323 pounds, and has 34-1/8-inch arms.
He played 2,001 career offensive snaps, which included two seasons as a starter at Stanford before spending his final two seasons at Michigan. Hinton has both right and left tackle experience.
This past season, Hinton allowed just one sack and 10 pressures over 265 pass-blocking snaps. Among offensive tackles, he ranked 72nd in PFF's pass-blocking efficiency metric and was 102nd in run-blocking grade.

"Hinton is borderline elite when pulling into space and easily adjusts his body to hit targets on the move. He plays tall and lacks first-contact aggression at the point of attack but can do his job at a decent clip. Hinton can slow a bull rush and mirror inside counters but he too often mistimes his punch and leans or lunges at the top of the rush. His tape might not dazzle, but there aren’t many players with his physical gifts. The allure of unlocking Hinton’s upside will be enticing for teams looking for swing tackle help."
The Colts have Braden Smith at right tackle and Bernhard Raimann on the left side, but depth at the tackle spot is needed, and that need only grows if Matt Goncalves moves to guard. In that instance, competition with Blake Freeland for the swing tackle role off the bench will be a must.
