The Philadelphia 76ers are in the process of just trying to get to the finish line. They have been decimated by injuries throughout the season as their championship expectations were derailed by those ailments.

Heading into the final stretch of the season, the Sixers need to have some able bodies coach Nick Nurse can turn to in order to field a roster. Therefore, Philadelphia will continue bringing in unproven players to give them a chance to produce.

The latest player the Sixers are reportedly bringing in on a 10-day deal is big man Colin Castleton. The big man out of Florida has played 20 games in the 2024-25 season for the Memphis Grizzlies and the Toronto Raptors averaging 4.2 points and 4.2 rebounds. He had played for Toronto on two 10-day deals.

The Sixers plan to sign Colin Castleton to a 10-day contract, according to league sources. Castleton is fresh off consecutive 10-day contracts with the Raptors.

When considering the fact that Andre Drummond is dealing with an ongoing toe issue, it makes sense for the Sixers to bring in another big man. Castleton will get an opportunity to get some more NBA reps.
