The New York Jets are planning to hire former Miami Dolphins head coach Adam Gase, ESPN reports. Gase coached the Dolphins for three seasons before being fired in December. After arriving in Miami in 2016 at 37 years old amid hope that he could help elevate quarterback Ryan Tannehill, Gase left with a 23-25 record that included one wild-card appearance and multiple injuries to Tannehill.
