All offseason, we've been collecting and tracking where first round mock drafts have the Raiders going with their pick at sixth overall. As we hit the two-week mark from the actual 2025 NFL Draft, let's go a bit deeper.
I went out and rounded up several mock drafts that go beyond the first round. Some are full NFL mock drafts while others are Raiders specific. As you might expect, there is far more variety in the picks after the first round than with the sixth overall pick. Let's see the results.
Reed put out his seven-round mock draft. He has trades up in the third and fourth round which meant the Raiders had no fifth round pick. He has the Raiders going with four picks in the sixth and 7th round, taking Cal LB Teddye Buchanan, LSU G Garrett Dellinger, Iowa DT Yahya Black, and Arkansas WR Isaac TeSlaa.
It seems unlikely Jihaad Campbell would be there at pick 37, but if he were, that's a must pick as he is the best LB in this draft.
Risdon did a two-round mock draft in which he has the Raiders trading down to 10th overall with the Bears and picking up an extra second round pick in the process.
Kiper likes the Raiders taking the top back in the class at six and Chip Kelly reaching back to UCLA to get the consensus second best LB in round two.
Reuter went five deep in his latest mock. And the Raiders land some nice talent in the first three rounds. Getting Milroe in the third would be fantastic as he would be ideal to sit behind Geno Smith for a year.
Cola went seven rounds in his Raiders only mock.
This mock addresses several major needs while Chip Kelly gets his Ohio State signal caller in house to try and develop as the future starter.
Overall notes:
So, as you can see, there is little in the way of consensus past the first round.
There is, however, more consensus as to which positions the Raiders will focus on in the first five rounds of the draft, whether it be with their top pick or beyond.
Most picked positions: RB (9), WR (7), CB (5), OL (4), QB (2), LB (2), DT (2)
Offense: 22
Defense: 11
