Thanks for the memories coach, that Rose Bowl year was one of the top 3 seasons I've ever been privileged to witness as a Valley sports fan.

A great coach who showed the rest of the country what this program could be. I'm sure Tillman was the first to greet him.

One heck of a coach, put ASU back on the map in the 90's, alomst brough home the title in '97, damn David Boston.

Well we were already on the map, but hadn't had a good season since the rose bowl in 86.

So he put us back on the map for the first time in about 10 years, and almost lead us to a national championship.

That Nebraska game was great. Too bad his recruits didn't pan out too well. Especially after that great season. It could have been great. Even then it had great moments.

Listened to KTAR today and heard some guests talking about the great things Snyder did. It was really nice to hear.

Sad day.
