Giraldo was a judge on NBC's 'Last Comic Standing' and a regular on Comedy Central roasts.

Allegedly died of an accidental prescription drug overdose.

WTF? Wow, this is nuts. I've seen him perform in LA and get in a fight later on that night outside the club. Right on Sunset. That sucks.

Giraldo was one funny m-f'er. Just brash and raw. Big loss in the comedy world. Accidental OD? We as a society need to stop pumping ourselves with chemical crap. Like Bob Geldof melting into a pile of goo in the back of the limo in 'The Wall', this stuff is destructive. I try not to even use aspirin or acetomenophen to often - I mean RARELY! Don't put this crap in your body.
