Hard to believe that is still happening today. My friend at 21yrs old lost both parents that way in 1974 in cabin in white mts i think.

Technology is a convenience and a risk. You can have all the fail safes you want, but it still has to work, and still has to be checked from time to time. In this case it would be the landlord's responsibility, but even then, a landlord is still a person who is doing his best to make sure everything is OK.

Wasn't till I started working on boats that I learned how important it was to maintain your fail safes.

But even then, it is hard to keep it all straight, and things like this happen. I know there are times I check my fail safes and pop a sweat because there was something I neglected for too long. As they say, life gets in the way.....

It just sucks, plain sucks.

I could go on and on about it, but in the end you just never know.

RIP

Had heard the story on the news but didn't know their ages or that they were Cards' fans. Such a tragedy. :|

MESA! :thud:
The guy seriously looks super familiar to me and I cannot figure out why.
I saw an article with a different pic and thought the same. Not sure if he just has that "familiar face" thing or what.

So sad. All of them, way too young. :(
