Which player do you think will rise up and be picked way to early and who will win the THurman Thomas award this year?My 2 picks for the TT award are Andre Woolfolk and Larry Johsnon.Woolfolk amy be there in round2 when we pick. The 2 risers are two guys the Cards are considering,Trufant and Robertson.Graves said on his interview that he didn't put too much stock into individual workouts. If that's the case then why would he be considering these two?Robertson wasn't even first team all SEC and certainly wasn't a dominant college player.Trufant did have a good year last year but prior to workouts was a 2nd rounder. You know, that workout comment by Graves is kind of ignorant for him to say. Why,then, would the Cards send anybody to any individual workouts if that was the case?If he truly believes that, then we will take Suggs or Leftwich.Sorry to go of on a tangent, but that comment just hit me.

DJ Boyer wrote that in watching film of Robertson, he was double teamed on "61% of the plays I watched". He said that number is very high, easily the highest % of any DT in the draft that he watched on film. He still had 48 tackles and 5 sacks despite playing on a team that wasn't very good.

He's moving up the boards primarily because he STARTED lower than he should have because he was somewhat obscure(although certainly not unknown).

If you're underrated to begin with, you have to RISE to get where you belong!

I heard someone else say that Robertson would have started for Miami OVER ANYONE ELSE on their line.....Miami has 5 defensive linemen that could be drafted.

It's not ignorant at all. You judge a player mostly on what they have done on the field.

I would be MORE concerned if he said he DIDN'T take stock in some players production, and cared more about workouts.
