The last month was loaded with opportunities to get updated in-person evaluations of prospects from coast to coast. The national analyst team was out in force and found new prospects who earned high rankings, updated out-dated evaluations and accumulated additional data points on dozens of Rivals250 prospects.
Sixteen players who were in the previous Rivals250 moved up at least 30 spots in this rankings update. Here’s a look at three prospects who made the biggest jumps in this latest version of the Rivals250.

Leading the pack of Rivals250 risers is quarterback Bowe Bentley out of Texas. He burst onto the scene after an outstanding junior season where he led his team to an undefeated season and filled up the stat sheet to the tune of 4,200 total yards and 63 total touchdowns.
He played well at the Navy All-American Bowl earlier this year and his stock has steadily risen over the last few months. Now, after a 121-spot jump in the rankings, Bentley finds himself at No. 101 in the Rivals250 and a top-10 quarterback in the nation.
Parliament hasn’t made it to any offseason camps or combines so why the big jump in the rankings? Last month the Iowa offensive line commit set the South Dakota state squat (650 pounds) and dead lift (670 pounds) records. This type of strength should help shorten Parliament’s adjustment period once he arrive on campus at Iowa.
A translatable trait like this type of elite strength along with his impressive film from his junior season helped push Parliament up 116 spots to No. 84 in the Rivals250 and made him the No. 5 interior offensive line prospect in the nation.

Upstate New York isn’t exactly a hotbed of college football talent but Hampton has put the nation on notice this offseason. After moving up 102 spots in the Rivals250, the explosive and reliable receiver is now ranked No. 65 in the Rivals250 and No. 10 in the receiver rankings.
Hampton has been dominant on the 7-on-7 circuit, showcasing high-end route running skills and a knack for hauling in tough catches. He brings a competitive edge to the field and isn’t afraid to playing physically. Hampton can win in jump ball situations and can consistently create separation on a wide variety of routes.
His offseason is far from over so this may not be the last time we’re talking about Hampton moving up the rankings.
