A's took 2 out of 3 vs Colorado.

4 game series vs Colorado.

Watch out for Arenado and Tulo.

Rusin vs Hellickson
Kendrick vs Anderson
Hale vs TBD
De La Rosa vs De La Rosa

Dbacks split the series.

The Rockies are going to Chase Anderson early. 33 pitches and 3 runs in with more balls than strikes in the top of the 1st. Ugh!

Tomas has nice numbers but have no faith in him with the game on the line. He just guesses up there.

Exactly. You know who he is? He is Shawn Marion.

Not sure if you're a Suns fan at all but trust me, that's who he is. It dawned on me last night.

Great in regular situations but not a guy you want with the game in his hands late.

I cant decide if I want to go to the game tonight! Dangit. Kids are going to a party with Moms side of fam, my family is all staying in. I think I'm gonna go.

I agree about Tomas so far. But he is young and in a new land. As far as clutch hitting and power, both of which have been a disappointment, it is way too early to judge.

As far as the Matrix, not every scorer can be clutch. But you still need them to provide the scoring that leads to the clutch moments. In basketball.

In baseball, I guess the same could be said but, unlike basketball, clutch situations at bat are when your turn comes up. Whereas in basketball, plays can be called, of course.

And, as far as your attending the D-backs game tonight, first there's the return of Patrick Corbin (who says he is good to go). Then there are fireworks.

I hope the fireworks during the game are D-backs batters.

You should go, Bert!

I am excited to see Corbin back. Hopefully it will go well. Yesterday they said he is going to be around a 90 pitch max each time out for the rest of the season.

We used five Pitchers in the game and not one has an ERA in the 4's or above.

'Good to see.

Also, every position player in the game for us got a hit . . . except for one. Goldy. Things are coming together for the D-backs.

Will Sunday's game get us back to .500, so we can move up from there? That would be nice.

Patrick Corbin is still fragile in terms of durability, which he has to work up to. But, hey, we have an ace once again.

Goldy was asscheeks last night. Two K's and I think he bounced out to the pitcher twice. He needs a day or two.

Losing Corbin, Hudson, and Arroyo all around the same time to Tommy John injuries killed this teams rotation, while at the same time giving away all our young pitching talent has left this otherwise powerful team struggling for relevance. Losing Corbin at the peak of his talent is so reminiscent of losing Webb. Three consecutive years in the top two in Cy Young voting and then *poof*. Never saw the field again.

Glad for the solid outing by Corbin. Hopefully we can rebuild our ravaged rotation and become dominant.
