From my novice viewpoint it seems the Coyotes are even more dysfunctional than the Cardinals. Thankfully for them only about a handful of people care enough to notice.

Remember when it was Roenick, Khabibulin and Tkachuck (obvious mis-spelling)...that team was exciting, and almost always made the playoffs. This current ownership group/front office has been a disaster.

This team has a history of stupid moves. I still hate Oleg Tverdovsky... that was the best would could get for Selanne?

Yeah, you can thank the Winnipeg ownership for that. Giving away guys like Selanne, Zhamnov, and Draper for free was their last ditch effort to stop the money woes, which obviously didn't work.

Wasn't Zhamnov traded for JR? JR did way more than Zhamnov did.

You are correct, Zhamnov was traded for JR. There was another player who the Jets basically gave away out of desperation, but his name escapes me at the moment.

Its too bad management decided not to shake things up and drop some deadweight (ie: Roenick). Maybe they are just waiting until after his action figure night (Thursday) before giving him his walking papers. :|
