The social media buzz surrounding the Tennessee Titans on Wednesday was that they were hosting veteran free agent wide receiver Rondale Moore at the team facility. This was big news across the fanbase and there was a sense of excitement.
After missing all of 2024 due to injury with Atlanta, Moore has been on a tour of the NFL searching for his next team. He visited the Minnesota Vikings, New York Jets, Chicago Bears, and finally the Titans. Late Wednesday, it came out that Moore did make a decision on his next destination and Tennessee will not be his final stop.
In an announcement on social media, the Vikings announced that they had agreed to terms with Moore for 2025.
A former second-round pick in the 2021 NFL draft by the Arizona Cardinals, Moore is an explosive and versatile receiver who could have added needed playmaking ability in the slot for the Titans.
Although the Titans have missed out on Moore, their interest in him does show that the team is looking for a smaller, dynamic slot receiver after moving on from Tyler Boyd, who was a disappointment in 2024.
