This is something Im sure we already knew, but it was nice to see it confirmed that Upton is untouchable. As for Jackson, thats pretty obvious too

The Diamondbacks have shown "some" interest in Rangers first baseman Mark Teixeira, according to one industry source, but their offer is not as strong as those of the Braves and Angels, according to another.
The D-backs, 13th in the NL in runs per game, clearly would benefit from the addition of Teixeira. The question is whether they would be willing to meet the price in both players and dollars.
Teixeira, 27, is earning $9 million this season and his salary could rise to the $12 million range next season in his final year of arbitration before he becomes a free agent.
Diamondbacks first baseman Conor Jackson would be part of any package for Teixeira. Class AA outfielder Justin Upton would not. "Justin Upton is the most untouchable player in baseball," one scout says. "You can tell 'em that Mickey Mantle is coming back and they wouldn't do it."
