How many different Offensive linemen lineups will we have this year?

3 games 3 different lineups.

They HAVE TO, HAVE TO start lineing guys up so they can get some consistancy.

I understand this moves, but good lines work together in the same spot for years.

I'm cool with this so long as we stick with it for a while--no matter how atrocious it is on Sunday.

WHY??? Does Ross have pictures of Graves or Green?

Step must have given him a copy of what he got from Solomon and Hargrave.

I am sure KW is scared too...he still has nightmares from last week...Maybe if Step was given a day off (or two) maybe Leckey could come in and STAY there...

That was the starting line at the beginning of camp and how they worked all offseason. So, it's not too surprising that's what they are going with given the problems we had last week.

I'm not getting my hopes up.

The problem that I have was moving Wells in the first place. If he was a one week experiment, why not use Lutui, Gorin, or even *gasp* Wakefield at RT for one week, that way Wells isnt switching positions twice in a one week period.

As expected... this was the expected line going into the season... let's see how much they screw up now.

This wasn't the most exciting news. I would be more happy if I heard Gorin would start at RT

After missing a block that resulted in Leinart getting hurt, Gorin has been so buried on the depth chart that he can't even see the top anymore.

He wasn't even active the past 2 weeks.

According to the people on the board, that sack was Leinart's fault, and not Gorins. I also thought that it was a missed block by Gorin at the time.

It was a bad play, but other than that I thought he was one of the better lineman I saw on the team (although it was preseason). Weren't there rumors of bad attitude and practice habits? That could be the cause of some of this.

Flash back to about a year ago....Ross gets the starting coming back from an injury has possibly the worst performance of any Olineman in the history of the NFL. :help:

Yeah, he did and it permanently ruined his reputation with Cards fans. Nobody remembers that his last start was at LT and he shut out Dwight Freeney and the Cards had their best rushing effort of the season.

I'll admit, I think a bad game is more likely out of him than a good one. Hope I'm wrong of course.

.....In a game that meant squat to both teams. I have yet to watch a game (and granted I missed a few here or there) where Ross did ANYTHING to show he was even an average lineman. At his best he's been just that - Average. The problem is at his worst he's very disappointing.

This will probably show my ignorance, but will Ross be replaced in obvious passing situations with someone with better pass blocking skills? He was originally touted as a great run blocking RT, but where he really sucked was in pass blocking.

If this is the case, then it really doesn't matter whether he starts or not, because he will be a situational player.

If I am all wet, I'm sure there are people on this board who will set me straight.

If they are going to shuffle the line again throw Davis at gaurd and Wells at LT.

Davis absolutely sucks at the tackle position.

With all due respect I always enjoy your point of view on the Cardinals, but Freeney and the Colts starters hardly played in that last game of the season last year.
