RSS Feed Question

I got an Ipod touch and installed an RSS reader. I subscribed to the RSS feed for this site. My question is how posts get on the RSS feed? Also, the feed seems to be a general feed from multiple forums. Are there feeds for individual forums??

No individual feeds,you get them all so expect to get 60 to 70 feeds a day.Which app did you get? I tried Free RSS Reader but am using Google Reader through the Google app.

Free RSS Reader. I just installed the Google app. I will give that a try.
