Ortiz pitched two innings today and gave up seven runs to the Rangers as the Diamondbacks lost 13-11.

Thanks again, Joe!

Hopefully the days of consulting Matty Williams during free agency are over.

I feel sick.

How long will they let this go if he starts the season like this?

If I have to endure 5 straight starts of 4 innings and 5-8 runs again I might cough up a lung. I don't care how much he's making.

And, of course, Russ Ortiz told the Press that he was pleased with his performance.

I guess he thinks that D'back fans are estupido.
