Ryan Newman transported to hospital after hard wreck ends Daytona 500

Fox announcer Mike Joy said Roush Fenway Racing driver Ryan Newman was taken to a local hospital Monday after a hard wreck on the last lap of the Daytona 500. Newman was battling for the lead with race winner Denny Hamlin and Ryan Blaney when his No. 6 Ford took a hard right and slammed into the outside wall in an impact with the left front. Here is the final lap of the Daytona 500 in which Ryan Newman's car was flipped at the line.
