one more super-bowl winning veteran that plays the position of the 2 young pluggers can help their careers out a bunch. Adams also played in the 3-4 and help the cardinals make the transition. I think it would be a good move to sign this man.
Who do you cut to sign him? Clancy, Watson or Dockett? It would have to be one of those 3 because its not going to be Branch and I doubt we carry more than 4 DTs.
I say Calvin Pace. I may be wrong, but I don't think Adams is going to cost alot.
Pace is DE/OLB he in no way would affect Sam Adams status. Look again at DTs.
Why do I have to look again? you don't have to release the same position in order to sign the same position. It called making room with the salary cap to sign him.
Hey! Don't call me stupid!!!!!!!!!!

He's 33, been in the league 13 years, and by all accounts looked done last season. While I'm all for bringing in vets with good experience, I don't see him helping us at this point in his career.
I'd rather take a look at a LB in a simular situation..... someone who still has a little gas in the tank but isn't going to be a starter
