I don't know why I continue to go to movie I know are going to be terrible - but I'm unemployed and a movie freak, so what bette to do? Don't get me wrong - I thought the original SCARY MOVIE was the funniest movie I have seen in years - I have never heard a theater roaring with laughter like I did that flick - it was just a comedy that was so ridiculously outrageous and so didn't care about any social norms - it just hit you in the face over and over and ocer again - hell it even beat my movie to the punch on a joke that made my jaw drop when I saw it.

You knew from the first preview of that movie that was going to be ridiculous and the response to it certainly was a sign of how it impacted audiences who went to see it over and over again. Then came Scary Moive 2 - only one year removed from the orignal and you could tell it was just thrown together ina rush to capitalize on the first's success - and it was horrible - a mis-mash of a movie with a few (and I stress FEW) funny parts, but mostly trash.

Then they took the Wayans brothers away and gave us a Zucker brother and Pat Proft who lost his touch years ago. It makes me sad now seeing the ZAZ (Zucker-Abrams-Zucker) team just completely lose their ability to make funny movies anymore (although Rat Race is a guilty pleasure of mine). I mean did these guys just all of a sudden stop being funny and inventive and weird which made movies like Airplane/Kentucky Fried Movie/Top Secret/Naked Gun absolute hands down coemdy classics?

I must have looked at my watch ten times during the movie and there were a couple funny gags and one nice nod to Airplane at the end with Leslie Neilsen that actually brought a smile to my face - but on the whole this movie was just flat out awful. It's sad to watch once great comedic writers and directors produce this kind of crap.

I went and saw that piece of crap movie on Sunday night after the game with the gf. I had a huge headache because I had drank all day and stopped around 6 pm. Then my headache grew exponentially because of that horrible movie. 20 bucks and two hours of my life I will never get back. Sorry for the long bitter tirade but Scary Movie 3 is comparable to some of the worst movies of all time and I wouldn't recommend anyone seeing it even if the movie theater paid you. This is how much I hate this movie and its complete lack of humor.

I thought it was hilarious.

If you saw "Signs", "8 mile" etc. the cheapshots at those movies were just hilarious.

Some scenes really had me laughing. Especially Charlie Sheen and the rap scene in the night club.

I thought he did pretty well when he guest starred on Friends, too.

I just watched it. This is what I was expecting when I started watching the Scary Movie series. They finally got it right. The 8-mile spoof was hilarious. Leslie Nielson, Charlie Sheen, and Jeremy Piven were all very funny in their roles. I laughed through pretty much the entire movie.
