"Not medically cleared to play" is a double whammy for the Seahawks. Chancellor won't be filing retirement papers with the league which will allow him to collect his salary for the next two seasons.

Kam was easily my favorite player on that team, it sucks to see him go out like this but also, no team deserves the misfortune more than the hags and their cheating poodle of a coach.

I'm actually looking forward to see what the Seattle FO does because I feel they had a lot of breaks go their way to build that team in the first place.

Name another team that finds a Hall of Fame QB (which Wilson likely will be) in the 3rd round and finds a Hall of Fame corner in the 5th?

San Francisco found a Hall of Fame QB in the third round and it made the foundation of a dynasty that lasted between 18 and 20 years, depending on how you count it (how many seasons in a row missing the playoffs). Not sure why a HoF corner matters nearly as much.

Same with New England finding the GOAT in the 5th round.

Cue the exit for Pete Carroll. He'll ride a team when they're hot and leave when the going gets tough.
If they have a downward spiral this year I can see him either retiring or getting fired after this season.

6th round...but yeah. My point is that they found two hall of fame players at premium positions in successive drafts at non-premium positions relative to where you usually find great players.

My point is that Schneider had tremendous success off of two drafts basically, but since then really hasn't added much at all. I'm interested in seeing how they restock.

Really? Because Bobby Wagner and K.J. Wright are pretty good, IMO.

Yeah the are, but they were in the 2 drafts Krang was talking about. Wright in 2011 w/ Sherman and Wagner on 2012 w/ Russell. It was actually three good drafts though you have to include 2010 too, Chancellor, Okung and Thomas. Kang was right when he says he hasn't added much since then- 2013-2015 there are only 4 players still on the team from 28 picks, and he's drafted only 1 pro bowl player since 2012, Lockett as a returner. Cards have 6 of their 23 2013-15 picks still on the roster for a comparison.

Exactly. They killed it in two drafts but since then have been likely below average.
