Seahawks punter Michael Dickson tallied his first career rushing attempt at a crucial point during Sunday's 28–14 win over the Lions. Seattle, facing fourth-and-eight from their own three-yard line, was set to punt from their end zone with 2:18 left in the contest when Dickson snapped the ball and ran to the right side of the end zone, appearing to be ready to take an intentional safety. The play extended the series, allowing Seattle to possess the ball until punting with 17 seconds remaining.
