Now that we officially know super freshman Tre Johnson won't be back at Texas next season, Sean Miller's roster for next season is starting to take shape. Miller, who has been the Longhorns basketball coach for less than a month, has been busy recruiting players to stay with the program and finding talented players in the transfer portal.
Miller has convinced most of the existing Texas players to stay except for two exceptions -- Johnson, who will enter the NBA Draft, and Devon Pryor, who entered the transfer portal and committed to the Oregon Ducks. But Tramon Mark, Jordan Pope and Chendall Weaver are some of the big names staying.
Miller has recruited three players from the portal. Xavier wing Dailyn Swain joins Miller in the move from Cincinnati to Austin. Purdue forward Camden Heide and 7-foot center Matas Vokietaitis have both committed to Texas.
There will be a few spots left for Miller to fill either via the portal or recruiting.
Xavier wing Dailyn Swain: Height: 6'8" | Weight: 200 lbs | Remaining Eligibility: 2 years
Purdue forward Camden Heide: Height: 6'7" | Weight: 205 lbs | Remaining Eligibility: 2 years

SG Jordan Pope: Height: 6'2" | Weight: 175 lbs | Remaining Eligibility: 1 year
SG Chendall Weaver: Height: 6'3" | Weight: 180 lbs | Remaining Eligibility: 2 years
Wing Malik Presley: Height: 6'6" | Weight: 200 lbs | Remaining Eligibility: 2 years
