Tough break for Rawls

Curious about Lynch. Reports that he has/had a sports hernia fixed. Had it done in Philly, which IIRC, was where Ellington had his fixed. Andre missed the remainder of the year.

Seattle is being a bit vague on if Lynch will be back or not.

I was wondering about that also. Seems like an injury repair you don't want to rush back.

This is my fault. I just picked Rawls up on my fantasy team. This usually happens. Just ask Jordy Nelson, Chris Johnson, Andy Dalton, Dion Lewis, Carlos Hyde...

Man you hate to see that happen to this young man. He was tearing it up as an undrafted free agent and then this.

I have a ton of pity Rawls. Super talented kid making a big name for himself as a UDFA. I hope he will be able to bounce back from this and have a good career.

I have no pity for the Seahawks, or their fans, some of whom were openly wishing for Carson Palmer to get injured in our last couple of games. Karma is a biotch.

Sucks for Rawls (and my fantasy team). He'll be a bitch to deal with next season.

As for Seattle, I don't see this affecting them much. As long as the defensive guys like Wagner, Thomas, and Kam stay healthy, that team will shake off virtually any injury they sustain.

Speaking of Chancellor, he left the game today too, any news on him?

PS Diggin the new Avatar. :)

UPDATE: Nevermind, he's just a little butthurt.

This should make our season finale with Seattle very interesting. Both teams look to be playing without their top two running backs. Seattle had just become much stronger with Rawls as their #1. I wonder what, (if anything), this does to affect that. In any event, I am certainly pulling for a nice clean win in Philly next Sunday night.

Gotta root for AZ to have the division and 2-seed clinched before seeing Seattle. Let them tee off on Stanton and/or Barkley.

Seriously this is what I'm hoping for too. I have no desire to have a super physical slugfest with Seattle to end the season. Hopefully that is a meaningless game for us and all of our Key starters can carry pom poms all game.

Plus it will just be a great middle finger for Seattle. We dominated so hard this year we dont even have to play you this game cuz we've already got it sewn up!

They're going to get Lynch back very soon...

Disagree. Seattle's offense is heavily dependent upon a physical and successful run game. If they are without Lynch andRawls it hampers their offense. They do have Fred Jackson, but I'm not sure what he has left in the tank; he's behind Rawls, an UDFA, so that's telling.

What about a scenario where Cardinals have nothing to play for, relative to playoff seeding, in the last game; but the ability to knock Seattle out of the playoffs altogether by defeating them?

Do you go for the KO?

What if in that game, that we played purely to theoretically help ourselves in the playoffs by eliminating Seattle, but what if Palmer goes down?

I respect where you are coming from. I feel like once our place is secure trying to manipulate anything else seems risky and almost greedy. Lol

Oh, it's greedy to be certain, but it would be damn tempting!

On the flip side, I have absolutely no problem with the Cardinals playing Stanton exclusively that final game. :raccoon::raccoon:

I doubt it. Teams normally only care about themselves. They're not going to change what they had planned to try and affect another team's plight.

The Cards are either going to play full out to win, or they're going to treat it like a pre-season game. If the Cards seed is decided, I think they'll treat it as a pre-season game.

The only caveat is that it's a division game and BA emphasizes those. However, he's also in tune with keeping his players as healthy and rested as possible.

They play the Browns and Rams at home before coming to the desert so Seattle is going to finish 10-6 so they will be in the playoffs as a wild card so no sense thinking we can knock them out of the playoffs in with a week 17 win.
