Seattle Seahawks offseason personnel tracker heading to 2025 NFL draft

With the NFL draft on Thursday, and signings in the NFL down to a trickle, it’s a good time to check in on the NFC West and review the Seattle Seahawks’ offseason.

It’s been a busy six weeks since the start of the league year as the Seahawks added 11 players, 10 of which were unrestricted free agents. On the other side of the ledger, 12 players are with new teams, including five unrestricted free agents, two trades and five players released.

The offensive room was overhauled with the signing of quarterback Sam Darnold and departure of quarterback Geno Smith and wide receivers DJ Metcalf and Tyler Lockett.

The additions played 129 games with 51 starts in 2024, while the departures that landed with new teams played 146 with 95 starts.
