Last week I examined five players the Knicks could potentially target with their first-round pick in the 2018 NBA draft. Courtesy of the Carmelo Anthony trade with the Oklahoma City Thunder last September, the Knicks also own the rights to the Bulls second-round selection, which will be the 36th overall pick. Several quality players have slipped into the early stages of the second round in recent years. In fact, the Bucks nabbed Malcolm Brogdon with the 36th pick in 2016, and Brogdon went on to with the NBA’s Rookie of the Year award.
