Ok I get how Stephen Curry slipped through the cracks, skinny kid, low release on his shot, looks like an 8th grader, and is arguably the best player in the country.

But how in the world did his freshman brother Seth slip through and end up at Liberty? Seth is averaging 21 PPG as a freshman, shooting 41% from 3 44% overall, he also averages 5 rebounds at 6'1" 170 pounds. His 2 top scoring games this year, 26 in a win over Virginia, 24 in a 5 point loss to Clemson so the 2 toughest opponents this year he had his best scoring games. He was 6-9 from 3 in the loss to Clemson, his low game for the year is 15 points.

Given what Stephen did his first 2 years, and given that both Stephen and his dad were quoted last year as saying Seth was better than Stephen at the same age, how did he not wind up at an ACC school(he's from NC)?

Scout.com has him listed as a 2 star recruit with offers from only Liberty and Davidson. While Stephen and Seth look great when the offense revolves around them in a college atmosphere, I don't know how well either of them would play in a system.

Most successful college programs are systems.

Oh they won't get to take that many shots at a top school I completely agree but the way those 2 kids can shoot the ball it's amazing to me neither of them got an ACC offer.

UCLA allegedly has the best recruiting class in the country this year but Seth Curry is having a better year by far than any of the 5 freshman. I can see why Jrue Holiday is considered a better pro prospect but if Seth Curry were at UCLA right now, Malcolm Lee and Jerime Anderson would be behind him on the depth chart because he's such a good shooter.

Too bad he didn't follow his brother to Davidson that would be pretty cool to watch.
